At Mind Movement Therapy, I offer a holistic approach rooted in polyvagal theory to support your journey toward healing and self-discovery. By integrating mind-body techniques and understanding the role of the nervous system in emotional regulation, therapy aims to create a balanced, safe space for transformation. Through this approach, I guide you to reconnect with yourself, fostering resilience and well-being by addressing both the psychological and physiological aspects of your experience.


I integrate elements of talk and body-based therapy approaches; ensuring the direction of counselling is collaborative and in alignment with your unique needs. Additionally, I have completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy).
